Question by Shagedelic: Will this appeal work?
I know in a few weeks I will be put on academic suspension at the end of this semester since I ended up achieving one F while under academic probation. However I do have legit reasons as to why my performance was low this semester and the one before it which led to me being on academic probation in the first place.

To start off my dad was severely ill and nearly died at least twice in 2009. Things were so bad that he ended up having to get a double lung transplant in the fall of this year which occurred while I was in school this semester. In addition to dealing with this I was diagnosed with moderate depression and was told that I was a hair away from qualifying as someone who is severely depressed.

I also lost my aunt this semester and watched as one of my uncles deteriorated physically
